We want to reward all of you who have been our loyal customers over the years! If you know of a local retailer that would be interested in carrying some of our fantastic Taffy Chews, please let us reward you by signing up for the Referral program. You will get a Unique Referral Code (and links to send email or otherwise with your unique referral code embedded) so when you get  businesses to sign up as a wholesale customer using your referral information, you can get paid on their initial order!.

How It Works

• Once you have confirmed acceptance of these Terms of Service and we have approved your referral account application, you will be assigned a referral code and your own unique referral links.

• Find a local business that may be interested in becoming a Dewar’s Candy wholesaler and have them visit our Wholesale Information page online.

• During signup, the wholesaler must identify you as their referrer by entering your referral code on the first screen of the wholesale application process. (we have made this the only item on the screen so there is no missing it) If they have followed your unique referral link, your code will be automatically applied to their application process

• Once a wholesaler’s application is approved and they have completed their initial online order, your referral account is eligible for a reward based on the amount of their initial order.

Please keep things on a personal and friendly level. We want this to be a good experience and are only looking to reward fans of our taffy, not create an abrasive and impersonal sale force.

Terms of Service

Referral Eligibility

• Referral Rewards only apply to Dewar’s Candy customers in good standing and first time Dewar’s Candy wholesalers that have purchased a qualifying wholesale package.

• Rewards will only be awarded if your referral code is entered (or the referred visitor followed your unique referral link) when the wholesale account is initially set up.

• Rewards will not be applied until 30 days after your referral customer is approved for a wholesale account and their qualifying order has processed.
   
• Rewards will be paid at the end of each month on referrals that have already met the 30 day clearing period.
  
  Example:
  Your referral is approved for a wholesale account and their qualifying order is processed on the 27th of November. Your Referral Reward will show a status of "clearing" for 30 days. On the 27th of December, the Referral Reward is moved to a "pending" status and the Reward Amount will be sent out at the end of December.
   
• If for any reason, the wholesaler you referred opts out of the program before the 30 day clearing period is over, the referral reward is then terminated for that wholesaler.

• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Referral Program
   
• This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

Program Terms

• Referral rewards only apply to the initial purchase of one of our qualifying wholesale packages by a first time Dewar’s Candy wholesale customer. Any subsequent orders by the wholesaler do not qualify for referral rewards.

• Multiple retail locations for new wholesalers may also qualify for a referral reward, if each location has purchased one of our qualifying wholesale packages as well.

• Referrers may not represent themselves as an employee of Dewar’s Candy in any way.

• Dewar’s Candy also reserves the right to remove referral program participants from the referral program and/or revoke rewards for violations to the Terms of Service, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs, questionable referral tactics or a substantial change in business circumstances.

• Referral rewards will not be applied retroactively.

• Details of the program are subject to change without notice.

Earning Limit

• There is no limit to the number of accounts you can refer, so subsequently, there is no limit as to the number of referral rewards that can be awarded.

• The amount of your referral rewards depend on which qualifying wholesaler package they purchase.

Qualifying Wholesale Packages

Package A (Four cases of 12oz. boxes) = $100 referral

Package B (Two cases of 12oz. boxes) = $50 referral

Package C (One case of 12oz. boxes) = $25 referral
